About Us

The Roseland family has been devoted to serving orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) around the world since 2006, primarily through their organization Orphanos. After 10 years of ministry in Mexico and Ecuador, they have served in Memphis, Tennessee, since 2016. Their ministry currently impacts more than 25,000 children worldwide. The Roselands have 10 children, ranging in age from 7 to 35. Their family life and ministry are deeply intertwined, reflecting a lifelong commitment to loving and serving vulnerable children and accepting them into their home.

Ximena serves internationally through the Orphanos’ finance department, processing and receipting approximately $6 million in donations for orphanages and children's ministries each year. She currently partners with 60+ international ministries and missionaries serving vulnerable children.

Richard focuses locally on the foster and adoptive community in Memphis. He works to preserve families in crisis, advocate for children in foster care, unite churches in serving vulnerable children and families, and provide spiritual encouragement and support to caregivers to help prevent burnout. He currently partners with 10+ ministries serving foster and adoptive children.
